PHASE 1 (Beginner Fasting) For Good Results take 1 or 2 capsules of WORKOUT BURNER™ during the day, and don't eat any food before 9am and don't eat any food after 9pm, only consume water, sugar free coffee or sugar free diet drinks from 9pm to 9am. You can only eat food from 9am to 9pm (Do not take more than 2 capsules a day) "note: you can tweak the fasting times to fit your schedule."

9am Breakfast Example:

 “please note” eat your breakfast at 9am only

2 or 3 Extra Large Eggs, 1 or 2 Toast Bread and 2oz or 4oz of Bacon or Turkey Bacon, or your Choice of 2oz or 4oz Meat

Cheese Burger with 1oz of Regular Potato Chips

Hamburger Meat must be 4oz

Hamburger Bun must be a Small or Regular Hamburger Bun

Cheese must be 1 Slice of Regular American Cheese or 1 Slice of the Cheese of your Choice

You can add 1 Tablespoon of Regular Mayo, 1 Tablespoon of Regular Ketchup and 1 Tablespoon of Mustard

You can also add some Lettuce, 1 or 2 Slices of Tomatoes and some Onions

For Cooking Spray use Calorie Free, Sugar Free and Carb Free Cooking Spray

6pm to 8pm Dinner Example:

Chicken Breast Meat must be 4oz

Use 2 or 3 Handfuls of Chopped Lettuce

Use 1/3 of a Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese or 1/3 of a Cup of the Cheese of your Choice

Use 2 Tablespoons of Ranch Dressing or 2 Tablespoons of the Dressing of your Choice

Use 1/3 of a Cup of Croutons of your Choice

PHASE 2 – Intermediate 16hr Fasting Diet Plan
