FOR BEST RESULTS FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS:

PHASE 1 (Beginner) For Good Results take 1 capsule before a meal of WORKOUT BURNER™ during the day. (Do not take more than 2 capsules a day)
 
PHASE 2 (Intermediate) For Better Results take 1 or 2 capsules of WORKOUT BURNER™ during the day, and don't eat any food before 9am and don't eat any food after 9pm, only consume water from 9pm to 9am. You can only eat and drink whatever you want from 9am to 9pm "Only eat when you're hungry during that time" (Do not take more than 2 capsules a day)
 
PHASE 3 (Advanced) For Maximum Results take 1 or 2 capsules of WORKOUT BURNER™ during the day, and don't eat any food before 12pm and don't eat any food after 8pm, only consume water from 8pm to 12pm. You can only eat and drink whatever you want from 12pm to 8pm "Only eat when you're hungry during that time" (Do not take more than 2 capsules a day)
